Print Central provides a new way of getting your printing done. We create a custom site that is tailored to your specific print needs. Our software is web based making it easy to use with only a connection to the internet.
The site uses a catalog which is filled with your custom items and products. These items can range from static reorder items to custom variable based items. Print Central provides a simple way to place orders and follow the job order through production, completion, and fulfillment. Based on predefined, print-ready templates, the catalog also allows you to order custom variable items and proof them immediately online.

Customized for any Need
INDOX provides you with a secure, personalized "intranet-like" online ordering center for your ordering and fulfillment needs. Sites can be created with a custom heading and colors to match your company’s identity and look.
We can set up each of your users with a unique ID and password, with multiple levels of access. The catalog can be setup for direct orders, or require orders to go through an approval process by a manager. This gives you the options you need to place orders, process requisitions, check order status and history, process pricing requests, submit files for production, and more. Complete with a robust shopping cart, your e-commerce enabled catalog simplifies and streamlines the process of ordering a variety of print pieces.
Simple Item Management
One of the easiest things to setup up in Print Central is a catalog of all of your currently used static items such as forms, brochures, stationary, etc. The catalog does not need to be limited to documents, so you can also use it as an ordering tool/manager for supplies, equipment, and any other consistent static items.
Items can be created with electronic thumbnails allowing you to see exactly what you are ordering. Items can also be set with a link to the original form. This gives you the ability to download and print an item yourself if you need an immediate copy, or order the items from INDOX for normal fulfillment.
Control your Inventory
The first way an item can be created is as a controlled inventory item. Print Central automatically tracks changes in inventory levels so you will have the information necessary to manage your inventory investment and fulfill your orders. This can also be set to create automatic reorder points to further control inventory levels.
In addition to inventory items, INDOX Print Central can be used as a print-on-demand system allowing you to minimize your inventory costs by only printing what you need.
Both ways help you to efficiently place orders from a simple online catalog, and automatically send orders to INDOX for fulfillment.
Customizable Items
With your customized Print Central site, static items are only the beginning of what can be done. Variable items are products that are created that can be customized with specific text, photos, or other variable information. This allows for a number of exciting possibilities. A custom template is created by INDOX and posted in the catalog for your use. After filling out the requested variable information for that particular form a pdf proof is immediately generated for approval. Once the piece is approved the order is placed as usual through the catalog. Flyers, post cards, banners, and business cards are just a few of the items that can be set up as online templates.
Database Mailings
Take your direct mail pieces to the next level with the ability to create customized pieces using a database. This exciting possibility allows the user to upload a database file onto the web that is used to create multiple unique pieces. Each piece in the entire mailing is different allowing you to customize mailing addresses, photos, text and more. After uploading your database you can preview a few of the records and then when the order is placed the entire mailing is sent to INDOX to be printed.
