How to Send Us Files

To securely transfer files to us use our file transfer software. This software makes a connection across the Internet and quickly transfers the files to our server. As soon as the files are confirmed received you will receive a receipt in your e-mail box.

You have two choices: you may use the web browser client or you may download the Macintosh or Windows desktop file transfer software.
  • Click on the browser transfer button to use the browser client.

  • Advanced users may download the desktop client. The desktop software supports drag and drop file transfer.
    • If you use the browser version browse and attach your files. If you download the client, simply drag and drop your files. Once you have selected your files, fill out the form, and click the Send button.

    By using INDOX File Transfer, the Client agrees as follows:
    1. That Indox’s liability for any negligent acts or errors or omissions, or contractual breaches, arising out of, related to or connected with Client's order or purchase order and/or Indox’s performance will be limited to Indox’s quoted selling price for the goods ordered by Client and
    2. That Indox will not be liable for any other damages of any kind including, without limitation, consequential damages such as lost profit or exemplary or punitive damages.

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.5+, Netscape Navigator 4+, Firefox or Safari
    Macintosh computers must be running MRJ 2.0 (Java library)
